WHAT WE DO
We produce world-class Czech gins. Our gins have several aspects in common. Quality botanicals, freshest raw materials, precise processing and unique character. Classic botanicals, such as juniper, citrus fruits, coriander, are complemented by exotic ingredients. For example, Cuban pepper, galangal, or habanero peppers.
In addition to the traditional London Dry Gin, you also have the opportunity to taste seasonal specials that break the boundaries of typical tastes. We are not afraid to experiment and our gins will surprise many experts.
ABOUT US
Garage22 is the first craft distillery in Prague. You will find us in the original factory premises located in a house courtyard in Tusarova Street in Holešovice. We cook authentic London Dry Gin using state-of-the-art technology and carefully selected botanicals. Besides classic gin, we focus on small batches with unexpected ingredients and taste profiles.
Our distillery team consists of Ondřej and Martin. Ondřej likes to discover new tastes and their combinations, and he delights in fermentation. The results of his work are unique, interesting and delicious tastes and aromas, which you will find in every bottle of Garage22. Martin takes care of business and communication with customers.
The heart of the distillery is a distillation column by the legendary producer Arnold Holstein, who boasts more than 50 years of tradition and whose equipment is one of the world’s best. This fact guarantees that the resulting product retains even the subtlest aromas and flavours, which you can enjoy.
