Fill-up chilled long ball glass with ice. Add 40 ml of GIN22 and stir well. Top up with chilled tonic water. The ratio of gin and tonic should not exceed 1: 3. Combine with a mixing spoon to maintain as much carbonization as possible. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
